- CraftSessionID – Set by CraftCMS to save an anonymous Session ID for every visit. Classification: Strictly Necessary

- _pk_ref, _pk_cvar, _pk_id as well as _pk_ses – set by Matomo (former Piwik) to analyse your website visit. In case of you opting-out an additional Cookie piwik_ignore will be set to tell Matomo to not track your visit.
Website & Email
Our website is based on CraftCMS and hosted by Uberspace. Uberspace collects data whenever someone access the website ("access logs"). Data is collected in the NCSA extended/combined log format and contains:
- IP addres (shortened by the last 8 bit and therefore pseudonymised)
- Date and time of access
- Browser language
- Requested pages
This data is exclusively used for support and to avoid attacks on the server.
In addition, Uberspace provides our email server. While processing our emails, Uberspace saves protcols regarding processing and delivery of emails. This data is solely used for analysing issues.
Our website is using an analytics tools called Matomo (formerly known as Piwik). Matomo is using cookies in order to allow analytics reports about our website visitors. Matomo is self-hosted, meaning any data produced by Matomo stays on our server and is not handed over to any third-party.
If you wish to object the tracking you can do so here or by configuring your browser in a way to send the "Do Not Track" flag whenever accessing our page.
Matomo collects your IP address but immediately strips the last 16 bit to pseudonymised the information. This makes sure the IP address only allows a rough localization.
The processing of the data happens in accordance with § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a and/or f GDPR.
Our legitimate interests in terms of Art 6 Abs 1 lit f GDPR is the improvement of our service and our website. Any user data is pseudonymised.
Data gather during this processed is deleted after 180 days.
